Returns and Right of Withdrawal – ALLAN
At ALLAN (Stockholm Dog Studio AB, Company Registration No. 559570-1813), you have a 30-day right of return from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused and in new condition. It must be returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used dog products cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at return@allansthlm.com before sending your item back.
- We will reply with instructions on how and where to return your item.
- Pack the item securely and return it according to the instructions. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
