These Terms and Conditions apply when you use allansthlm.com or purchase products from Stockholm Dog Studio AB (Company Registration No. 559570-1813). By using our website, you agree to these terms.

Orders
Your order becomes binding once we have sent an order confirmation to your email address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to technical errors, limited stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the local currency for the market in which you are shopping and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment can be made using credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or any other payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
Standard delivery time within Sweden is 3–5 business days and within EU 5-14 business days. Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances. Responsibility for the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a 30-day right of return from the date you receive your order. Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used dog products cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at return@allansthlm.com before sending your item back.
- We will reply with instructions on how and where to return your item.
- Pack the item securely and return it according to the instructions. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@allansthlm.com so we can assist you.
